Question How do I get rid of this at Windows 10 start-up.

Hi, my fathers PC recently shut down during a black-out and now when he turns his PC on this comes up on the screen at the beginning and it takes a lot longer to start, whereas before it was quite quick. I've attached a pic , thanks.

Looks like an issue with boot devices in the BIOS. Remove network boot from the order.

I would add to check and replace the motherboards battery. And than follow COLGeek advice and disable network boot in the BIOS under boot devices.

That's not Windows startup screen but message from BIOS.
