How do I get rid of this fallout 4?

I put god mode on my character just so I could stand on fire and he would burn for abit stupid but I was bored then when it went my character has been left with permanent red marks over his body like when your in combat and taking damage it goes red and shows bare flesh it's like that but isn't going any ideas? Tried changing the body with the doctor in diamond city didn't work

Try this, make sure "tgm" (god mode) is off then save, exit game, then go back into the game. If theres still burn marks then you might have to load a save prior to enabling god mode and burning your character.
