how do i get rid of this weired storage thing ?

its the 'system recovery'

also how can i chnage settings so pictures and documents save to my hdd not ssd

You want to keep the system reserved partition, it provides stability and is where boot manager and boot config data is stored.

1. You just need to remove the drive letter from that partition.
In Disk Management, right click on that D partition.
Select "Change drive letter or path"
Remove the drive letter. And only the drive letter.
