how do i get the winipcfg in win2k?

sup all... i pretty much know everything about windows 2k pro, but one thing i never figured out was how to get my friggen winipcfg up... or a varient of it that win2k pro has.. anyone here got the command? if there is even one... thanks. also, i run win2k full time and i play Quake 2 and Half Life. My pings are 10ms or more lower then in windows Me and i use a linksys 10/100 nic on 10mbs transfer. my system is

amd athlon(classic) 600mhz
192mb of memory
tnt2 32mb 128bit
asus k7v w/onboard sound
20gb maxtor 7200RPM ata/66 HD
and all that purty stuff... everything works like a charm and i love the suspend to memory it kicks ass!
i run my own computer shop and i build mostly custom systems. I preffer to load win2k PRO on the persons machine and show them how to use.. because with win98SE i just don't trust it... i sold a high end gaming machine last summer and my customer hasn't had 1 single problem with it to date. i just build quality machines i guess

The command is "ipconfig". Details as follows:

| /setclassid adapter [classidtoset] ]

adapter Full name or pattern with '*' and '?' to 'match',
* matches any character, ? matches one character.
Options
/? Display this help message.
/all Display full configuration information.
/release Release the IP address for the specified adapter.
/renew Renew the IP address for the specified adapter.
/flushdns Purges the DNS Resolver cache.
/registerdns Refreshes all DHCP leases and re-registers DNS names
/displaydns Display the contents of the DNS Resolver Cache.
/showclassid Displays all the dhcp class IDs allowed for adapter.
/setclassid Modifies the dhcp class id.

The default is to display only the IP address, subnet mask and
default gateway for each adapter bound to TCP/IP.

For Release and Renew, if no adapter name is specified, then the IP address
leases for all adapters bound to TCP/IP will be released or renewed.

For SetClassID, if no class id is specified, then the classid is removed.

Examples:
> ipconfig ... Show information.
> ipconfig /all ... Show detailed information
> ipconfig /renew ... renew all adapaters
> ipconfig /renew EL* ... renew adapters named EL....
> ipconfig /release *ELINK?21* ... release all matching adapters,
