Im upgrading my wifi card because i can’t use ethernet anymore and i just realized that I don’t have an antenna installed in my motherboard. I have a HP pavilion 500-509c with the Memphis2-S motherboard.
I made some upgrades to it in 2016 including the power supply which i think the antenna wire was zip tied to that and i guess i pulled it off. I have no idea what happened to it and I have no clue where to begin with the whole antenna thing. I’m also on a budget. The wifi card was 30$ and i was hoping that’s all i needed.
I was 16 at the time and messed around with it too much and now i’m 20 and starting to use it again after it sitting for a few years and i’m to paying the price lol. Thanks guys.
