How do I hide the Teamspeak3 Country Flag

I wondering how I can disable my flag on teamspeak3 so other users in the server cannot see my flag, and know where I am from.
There a few people in the server who don't have flags, but they refuse to tell anyone on how to disable it so I've come here to ask for help on how I can remove this flag so other users can't see it.
For example

This guy, usually there would be a flag before his name but it's blank.

I don't wan to change the flag, I want to remove it so people cannot see it.

Maybe they are using some VPN, vpn usually only changes the flag but i once had vpn and when i registrired on one website flag on my profile is blank, i'll try some VPN softwares later and i'll let you know if it works.
