How do i hook up apple airport extreme with time warner using their cable coaxia

Hello,
How do I connect my Apple AirPort Extreme using only Coaxial Cable to the Internet by Time Waner Cable.
In other words, The Coaxial cable has no connecting ports in to Apple's AirPort Extreme.

you need to use a cable modem like a Motorola SB6121.
