Question How do i insert a dvd disc into this old samsung dvd driver on my desktop?

Replace the drive, they are not user serviceable. Given all the dirt and munge visible in the photos I'm surprised the system even powers up.

yeah i know its an old pc. And my home is placed on a busy road and thus there is so dust piling up everyday on every part of the house and the pc isnt left alone either.

If you lived locally, I'd go into my stack of junk and give you one for free.

lol that won't be necessary. i never even needed this dvd drawer. its just annoying to see it opened up. i think i am just gonna disable the dvd drive from device manager to keep it closed. who needs a dvd driver these days?

That's a reason to make greater efforts to clean the PC, not a reason to allow it to go dirty.
