its a pain in the butt i got mine to work. You have to lie to windows and tell it your printer is actually a deskjet 3600.

Here are the latest official XP drivers i downloaded just before support ended. They work on Windows 7 and even allow network printer support. However, i'm pretty sure they're 32bit only.
