Hey guys, I am doing research on this but not understanding what I am finding. I have only one window open with many tabs in Chrome. Whenever I restart the laptop and open Chrome it opens with a new window. So I have to always go to History option to restore the windows with the many tabs.

How can I have the window with the many tabs always load when I open chrome please? As you can see in the screenshot below, the Settings option is not there when I click on the 3 dots in any tab/page.

Solution
in the screen that you posted there is a little arrow at the very bottom, click on that and expand the menu, settings is 2nd from the bottom.
Thanks! I never noticed that arrow, sorry. All is working fine now, appreciate it. Im not noticing an option to mark this thread as solved.
chrome://settings/onStartup
When there, choose the option of Continue where you left off and you should see all your tabs open up when you open the browser after a system cold boot or reboot.
Sorry I am not understanding your instructions. The 'Settings' option is not showing in the menu as my screenshot above is showing.
