Question how do I know how much can I overcloack my RAM?

So I have the Corsair CMU16GX4M2C3000C15R, I searched it and couldn't find to what extent I can overclock it. I upped the voltage to 1.3 instead of 1.2 and the frequency to 3200 from 3000.
Is it safe? Can I get more performance? How do I know?
