Question How do I know if I should trust a Newegg listing?

So, I've never shopped in Newegg before and was browsing through it due to it being black friday, I stumbled upon a rx 6650 xt which had a pretty markdowned price and wanted to know your opinion about it. It says it's sold by newegg and shipped by them so I'm guessing it's legit? There's only 4 ratings on it though.

Yes, that's a pretty terrific price, and it's sold by Newegg, and shipped by Newegg, so there is literally no reason to not trust it. Newegg can be asshats sometimes, but so can Amazon, or any other online retailer. Newegg is, generally speaking, just as trustworthy as Amazon. For the most part.

For that price, it would be hard to pass up if that is what I was looking for. And I've been buying from Newegg for decades, and have only had a few problems with them over the years. No more or less than other retailers really.

So there's no way that "Sold by Newegg" is fake right? Like no one can put their name as Newegg, cause I wish I could click on the seller profile or something. I know it's a pretty dumb question but I don't want to be gambling my money here

That’s a great price. To get a good uplift over that you are looking at spending 100 bucks more. Should compare to or beat a 3060 except in ray tracing. But costs a bit less. Go for it.

No, there is no way that "sold by Newegg" and "Shipped by Newegg" are fake on the Newegg website. Can't say it could never happen, but the entire site would have to be hacked and taken over for it to be listed that way if it wasn't legit. This is a non-issue and is totally legit. If I needed a card of that caliber I'd purchase it from that page without a second thought.
