[SOLVED] How do I know if my motherboard failed?

So I have a Lenovo Y900-34isz gaming desktop, I7-6700k with Lenovo motherboard. When turning on I get no screen, and the fan g oes crazy, full power and sort of pulsing. I've taken everything off, all RAM, HDD, GPU, to do a POST test, and there are no beeps. So is my mobo dead?

Sounds like it yes, could be the power supply also.
