[SOLVED] How do i know if my psu in giving consistent power to my gpu

I got a seasonic focus gold plus and a rtx 2060 super and played yesterday and i got a weird noise coming from my gpu someone said that maybe my psu is giving consistent power to the gpu and i wanted to know if thats the case

You can run HWInfo or a similar sensor monitoring program and monitor the voltages.
It will record the high and low voltages.
You want them to stay within +/- 5% of nominal.
 
i found it one is 3.344 for the +3.3v for the +12v its 12.096 and for the 5v its 4.980 so does that mean the psu is good
That means the PSU is putting out good voltages AT THAT TIME.
So what I usually do is...minimize HWMonitor....then run a real demanding game for a while...then exit out of the game and look at the high and low values in HWMonitor.

Those should remain within 5% of 12, 5 and 3.3.

Normally with a PSU...they fail more often on the low side than the high side.
