[SOLVED] How do I know my memories have XMP?

I have 8gb of ram, 2x4 kingston hyperx fury ddr3 running at 1600mhz. When I go to my bios (my motherboard is ga-970a ds3p) I dont see no where the XMP, it may be that my ram dont have XMP? If someone can tell me if these ram have XMP or not, or how to check it, please do, thanks.

Look up their model number on Kingston support and the product spec sheet will list all the XMP setting available, but according to THIS the answer is probably not, as it says no under "XMP ready.".
