How do I know what to do. Quick answer!

[Help me I need help]

I have got the 2700x and can not use it. My system can not use sli and I have 3 pcie 3.0 BUT I only have 16 available lanes for graphics. Unless their is a way to increase pcie lanes, I have either the option of getting a used Rx 580 and get another sacrificing 1 fps or wait a LONG time to get a new card like a Vega 64 or the new 7n which is coming out. hELp

What motherboard do you have?
SLI is only for NVidia GeForce cards.
Crossfire is only for AMD Radeon cards.
Neither solution is recommended these days.

B460-f only supports crossfire

Assuming you meant the B450-F, here is the Specifications Page

The motherboard supports Crossfire in an x8/x4 configuration, which your processor can handle without issue. Since I still do not recommend any multi-GPU setup, I'd say stick with the single RX580 and call it a day.

seriously dont bother with sli/crossfire. just get a better gpu dont buy a second one unless you have a trashcan full of money.
