How do i know which bit rate my vista computer runs

my computer showed me a message saying that the intel display driver was having a problem and i needed to install an upgrade of some sort through the lenovo company... and it have 4 different versions depending on the thinkpad version and if vista is 32 or 64 bit. i have no idea what is what... or how to find out. Help please?
