Question How do I make all of my RAM usable

In my RAM settings, my PC recognises that I have 16 GB installed but it says that only 7.95 GB usable. I installed a second 8 GB stick yesterday to replace an old broken one of the same kind.

Anytime you mix ram it's a coin flip whether the sticks will work together.
