How do I make my Laptop run a WEP hosted network?

Hello guys, I got myself a new Nintendo ds, but sadly it runs only with WEP wifi settings. I don't have a router, but a Ethernet cable connected to my laptop, and i found out i could use my laptop as a router, but i'm not sure how to change the settings to WEP from WPA 2. I'm using the 'netsh wlan' in cmd. I'd appreciate any help.

Windows 8 dropped support for WEP so I would just turn off authentication. Or you could use third party tools.
