How do I make my voltage stay adjusted?

I'm trying to lower my voltage to 1.275 to keep my system a little cooler. How do I make the voltage change stick?

I have to go into amd overdrive manager every time I startup my pc and lower it manually, but is there some way I can get it to just start up in the voltage I want via BIOS?

Using an fx 8320.

Yes, you should be making most of these changes in the BIOS.
I find AMD Overdrive to be... unreliable.
