How do i noerr into diskpart to stop errors being picked up

Hello,
trying recovery discs in my l300 but get to partition 1 and then diskpart says there is error, how can i load in noerr to bypass this

I'd get a new hard-drive and install Windows on that. Not worth a risk using a drive that you can't format.
