How do I OC my cpu

Hello, I started playing more MMO lately, however my fps just tanks in towns or any where there is a lot of players. I been told MMO are generally CPU intensive and mine is kinda old I have

cpu: AMD Athlon II x4 7630 2.80 GHZ
RAM: 4 GB
GPU: GTX 560 TI

With games like GW2 i get 40-50 fps on high when no ones around, but as soon as there is more than 10 player it drops. (even only low i get 20 fps)

So i would like to OC my CPU to see if it helps , but don't know how. Also my Motherboard is like a test product has no model
