How do I overclock my Core 2 Duo?

Hello everyone!
I recently rebuilt my old computer, which features the following:

XFX 750i motherboard
4GB OCz gold ram
Core2 Duo (will post exact model when I know)
EVGA 1gb gts 250

How can I overclock the CPU?

Two ways. Eitther one if it's an unlocked CPU adjust the multiplier or 2 adjust the FSB by using the BIOS. With that said be careful and monitor your temps. It's easy to cook a C2D
