How do I overclock my future first build?

I'm a newbie at building PCs, but will be building a PC and would like to know how and what to overclock. I only want to mildly overclock it. Here the build:
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Thermal Compound: Noctua NT-H1 3.5g Thermal Paste
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A88X-D3H ATX FM2+ Motherboard
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R7 370 2GB WINDFORCE 2X Video Card
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case
Case Fans: Corsair Air Series Quiet Edition
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 OEM (64-bit)

I might change the graphics card to the R7 265
Also, tips on building PCs are also appreciated.

You'll be able to overclock your:
CPU
GPU
and
RAM

For the RAM and the CPU, you'll need to go into BIOS to overclock while with the GPU there are programs (like MSI Afterburner) to overclock.

Thanks, how exactly do I overclock my RAM and CPU once I'm in the BIOS? Step-by-step instructions would be appreciated. And by how much?
