How do I overclock my new monitor

i have a benq GL2450HM and a nvidia gtx 650 ti,
how much overclock can i get?
also does the graphic card affect overclocking or not

I really wouldn't risk it, the most you'll probably get is 80 if you're lucky and could possible kill your monitor in the process.
The graphics card does not affect how much you can "overclock" a monitor but if it's not pushing out 60+ fps, you won't see a difference.
