how do i play NTSC games on a UK (pal?) Dreamcast?

Hi - I've got a UK Dreamcast, but I've got a Japanese NTSC game. Is
there any way I can play it?

I was hoping there might be a software converter available, like the
Freeloader on the Gamecube - you know, put the converter cd in first,
then the NTSC game.

Any advice greatly appreciated!

Either a mod chip, or a Utopia Boot disk (can be found all over the net).
Works just as the freeloader does. Easy as pie.
