How do i Properly Overclock my PC?

I Don't want to mess my PC up and only overclock it when i play Counter-strike: Global Offensive.
I Am using NVIDIA Inspector 1.9.7.3

I Know it looks bad, but here's what Graphics Card i added :

I Also updated to Windows 10 Pro! Is there any specific way to improve my frames per second while Overclocking?

Some Athlon x4 would do much better. than any OC you can make with what you have.

I am planning on purchasing that, however i got to stick to this for now.
