How do I reboot my Toshiba satellite

Is it possible to reboot my Toshiba satellite laptop without the disk and if so how do I do this please helllllp!! Lol

You can reboot a laptop without having any media. If you mean do a re-install of the operating system, that's a bit different. You should be able to go to the Toshiba website and order the media that should have come with your computer that would allow you to restore everything to factory defaults (including the OS).
