I want to record for youtube
using microsoft powertoys, i managed to make a standard 16:9 window so that i can record it in 1440x2560 (standard 1440p) and downscale it to 1080p and everything would be normal.

But the problem is the bar on top of windows is also recorded, how do I make a borderless, standard 16:9 window of games so that I can record it with OBS?
I want the output to be like normal 1920x1080p video as if the game was in fullscreen.

You could custom define the area recorded by OBS, cropping out the top bar of windows.

But if you ask about how to put the game into 16:9 aspect ratio, without top window bar; "borderless window" is option within the game settings. Note: not all games have this option, instead, you have to use "full-screen" option, if you don't want the window bar on top.
