You don't, unless you had backed up to another source. A factory reset returns the device to the state it was in when you first powered it on.

Do you have a backup of any sort?

Depends entirely upon what you mean by "reset". If it was as the good Colonel layed out, then you don't. If, however, you are referring to some other reset then there may be a small chance, rapidly decreasing with each passing day.
