I recently decided to reinstall my windows, but i want to keep my steam games that i already installed and moded. i also want to keep the save files.
In my case, I installed steam in drive D: and from what I have heard, when you reinstall windows stuff in other drive but drive C: will still be around. So I wanna know that after I reinstall window, would I be able to run steam and the games from what left of it in Drive D: without problem???

It will keep all of the data from yur second drive. And it will keep the data from the first drive in windows.old. If steam doesn't recognize your games then you need to create a library exactly where the existing one is and it will realize that there is one already there and use it.

ive done this multiple times and i have a lot of games.

My Drive C: and Drive D: are in same HDD. would that be a problem??

Does that's mean when I finish reinstalling window, I could go into my steam in drive D: and open it as I normally do and got the savesgame or Do i have to copy the saves file????

you will have to re-install steam and launch it. Then click install on a game and it will have an option of which steam library you want it in. create a new one in your second drive and steam should recognize that one already exists. If this doesnt work then yes you can copy the game files to your other steam library.
