I don't really know where to post this question, but where do I go to remove an ethernet driver? I just installed a new motherboard and when I clicked uninstall in the device manager I forgot to click the box. Now my ethernet is showing "Ethernet 2" in the properties section of the network tab and I am not sure how to make this driver show up again in device manager to remove it completely. I already clicked "Show Hidden Devices" and it no longer shows up.

Yeah ik about this but I just want to completely remove the driver software from my PC. I got a new motherboard which has a new Ethernet driver but instead of deleting the driver for the old one I just deleted it from device manager without clicking the box

You don't need to delete the driver, the file can sit where it is without issues. This is one of the reasons we recommend doing a clean Windows setup when swapping motherboards, it's cleaner and less issues.
