How do I remove protection from flash memory

i also have this problem but i tried doinfg this command prompt and it says cant format because of write protection...what do i do now plsssss assist....

There are many brands of flash drives. Some have a write protect slider bar on the drive.

Right click "My Computer > Manage > Disk Management.
Does the drive show Partition (basic) fat32 file system & Healthy Status ?
