How do I remove the Northbridge heatsink blue gigabyte cap?

Hey guys.
How do I remove this Blue cap on my northbridge heatsink? I want to install a fan on it because it is overheating.
MB : Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R

Repaste it. No need to dissassemble, but i had broken ds3l (775) and it was easy to pry out as i remember, i think its clipped?
