how do i remove virus

i think my comp have virus issue. it keep having shortcut even after i delete them. i think it was from my thumbdrive as my laptop is also affected.
when i plugged in my micro sd card, the shortcut is created there too. i think the card is also got affected.
how do i remove them?

There is many anti-virus and anti-malware programs out there. I do not know a great virus program but installing Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is a great free program. https://www.malwarebytes.org/

from a known clean pc. go to avg or avast or mcafee or any of the big anti virus comp and look for a rescue disk image or maker. most times it a bootable iso image. make a cd or usb stick wiht the iso image and boot off the usb/cd rom and let it scan your pc. if it can it will remove all of the virus it finds. once the pc in clean uninstall your old anti virus and install one of the newer free ones like bitdefrender avg or avast.
