How do I reset my network locations?

How am I supposed to reset my network location back to 1 or 0?

If you want to delete some or all of your previous connections, go to the network control panel, click on the icon next to network (like on the little house), select merge or delete network locations, click on the locations you want to delete and hit the delete button.
