Solution M M mbarnes86 Jul 17, 2014 Hi by forum rules we are not allowed to help you crack windows password Check if caps lock or number lock was on when you entered the password Try again If this fails go to a Toshiba dealer with proof of ownership and identity and ask them to help you Is there only one account on system ? Some one with another account may be able to unlock system for you Regards Mike Barnes
