I have a Toshiba laptop that just stop working after i reset it.

You may just need the drivers for your laptop specially the hotkey software so you can have all those functions to work again. Go to Toshiba's support site then download and install all the important drivers there is. You'll need the model number of your laptop for you to get the most accurate drivers.
