How do i restore my gateway laptop windows 7 when its stuck on windows boot screen

My computer is stuck on the window boot manager

Go here- http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-recovery
Then look at the bottom of your laptop and find the Windows Product Key. Then type it into the section of the website and it will let you redownload windows 7. Then send a message back and ill help you with the rest.
