Help - I am having real problems finding a web page to raise a RMA for a Samsung SSD.
The Samsung site wont accept the S/N and P/N that's on the disk, and then I get referred to a Seagate site that only shows Seagate drives...

Solution
IDK people have such trouble contacting them. You literally call 1-800-SAMSUNG (726-7864). Press 1 for consumer, 1 for first time caller, 4 for computers, 5 for drives and 1 for SSDs. Then you just tell the agent that you want to do an RMA.

the disk was bought from Amazon who do not seem to accept any returns after 30 days.
Cannot find how to get round that on Amazon UK.

Managed to find the Customer Service email eventually.
Dropped them an email, response received within an hour telling me they are sending a replacement.
And when I get a chance can I send the duff one back.

Amazon - always great customer service!

My bad, didn't see his second post.

Just went to Samsung UK's contact us page. This is the phone number: 0330 SAMSUNG (726 7864)

went to Samsung UK's warranty page for the SSD (for some reason it only mentions the 470 and 830) http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/warranty/support_warranty_SSD.html

scroll down, there's a box with the email address for the European service center samsungmemory@hanaro.eu (its in the Netherlands)

Have you tried contacting customer support? They should easily let you. Amazon UK support always seem to bypass their TOS as well for me.

What was the email?

We are all used to checking the warranty online. Seagate, WD, etc all have that. Why don't samsung provide an online lookup service? We don't know how to use a phone anymore.

Are you going to share the Customer Service email with the rest of us?
