How Do I return an item through NewEgg?

So I recently bought a power supply for my PC through NewEgg.com and it came not working. We did various tests and we are 100% sure that the power supply is faulty. I want to tell NewEgg and request for them to send me a new functional one. How do go about that? Do I send them an email or is there a form that I fill out on their website? Please help me! Thank you!
