[SOLVED] How do I roll back a firmware update on Asus Rog Strix z490e?

I tried updating my ethernet adapter by going to 1.0.0.14. On the Asus website, it says I have to run firmware update 1.45. I just installed it but I am getting horrible connection speeds now so I would like to roll it back. Not really sure how to do that.

Do you know where I could find the older version firmware? Every download on Intel's website only gives me the most recent version. Could a factory reset do it?

I read through the entire document. No one really talked about reversing the firmware, or finding older firmware. I am just going to buy a new motherboard. Kinda sucks the motherboard manufactures didn't recall all of the defective units because it is very scummy that they allowed these revision 1 and 2s to stay on the shelves. I tried RMAing to get a revision 3 but they only gave me a recertified revision 2 board.

Not really sure what they are talking about but I did limit the upload through the router
