How do I set priority in Windows 10?

I've gone to task manager, right clicked the process and there's no set priority option

Yep, that option is gone for me too.
Probably some windows update did this.

Now you can set process priority in Details tab.

I was going to say it's in Go To Details. I found it after opening the thread.

Was trying to set priority for PCSX2 to fix some intermittent freezing
