Question How Do I Set up Dual Mice On my PC?

I have had an extra mouse laying around for a long time now and today I had the thought to set a a Dual mouse setup. I have scoured you tube for a video but I haven't found one yet. I know it can be done because I have seen many streamer use it. I have plugged in both of the mice and they both control the same cursor. I would like to have 2 cursors.Does anyone know how to do it?
