How do i set up dual monitors where i can Play on one and Work on the other

I have Dual Monitors and i am trying to find a way to work on one, and play on the other, one is bigger than the other, and my laptop is a LCD

connect a second screen, right click your desktop and select screen resolution in that window next to multiple displays select extend displays, set up your resolution and the position of your screens and jobs a good'un
