How do I setup IP QOS on my router?

I have an Aztech DSL5068EN(1T1R) router which was provided by my ISP. I need help in setting up QOS as other people who are connected to my network are already affecting my connection when playing games. I attached a link to the screenshot of my router's QOS tab. Please help me fill up these blanks. Thanks!!!

Your router is combo DSL Modem and router, so you are limited in what is already baked into the firmware. I can't figure out what to put in these settings, but you have to keep in mind that
- DSL connections are generally slow, 5-10mbps. Two live streams is all it will take them down
- there are no QoS settings which can limit download speed

I would suggest asking your router' tech support what these settings do.
