How Do I Stop my Ethernet Connection from Waking my PC

The Power Management options I get in Device Manager for my Ethernet connection are "Wake on Magic Packet, Wake on Pattern Match, Wake on Magic Packet from Power off state and Wake on link settings(Which is unchecked)

Should I just turn off all of these

Yes, turn those off. There may be an option in the Windows power settings under the advanced tab too.

There might be a "Wake on LAN" or some such in BIOS settings too. You want to disable that too.

Thanks, all I found was Power Options is that what you mean although there wasn't an Advanced tab there

Do this:

Go to Network & Sharing Center
Change Adapter Settings
Local Area Connections Properties

At the NETWORKING tab click on CONFIGURE then go to Power Management
UNCHECK : Allow this device to wake the computer

I just unchecked those three things in Device Manager and it seems to have solved the issue

They should have a SIRI for doing mundane things like this, Go-here-go-there-turn this-off-turn-that off... are we not in the 21st century?

Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) is what loads briefly during boot to basically make sure all hardware is communicating before loading the OS (Windows).
To access it is usually tapping the F2 or Delete key as soon as the boot screen appears.
However...since you have solved your issue you might not want to bother. Changing BIOS settings can be tricky and a misstep could leave your machine inoperable.
That said. You might want to poke around the BIOS environment when you have time (WITHOUT CHANGING ANYTHING) if you are the curious type.
