How Do I Stop Screen Saver

Hello,
XP Pro SP 3
I have turned off screen saver in the DISPLAY field. I have set screen saver to never in in POWER Section.
What am I missing?

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately it did not stop the screen saver.
I finally found the solution 0 hidden away under Windows Security Policy.
There is a setting to force screen saver after a specified number of minutes - I made it 9999 minutes.
