How do I switch off "adaptive brightness" on NVIDIA Graphics?

My TV screen dims automatically when objects in the background are dark enough.
Currently using a GTX 1050 Ti and it didn't dim when I was using the Integrated GPU, which was a RX Vega 11.
Windows 10 Adaptive Brightness is set to off, along with Night Light on the display settings, which is also set to off. Nvidia Control Panel has no Dynamic Contrast/Enhancement checkbox option, only Limited and Full options.

Solution
I'd ask you to uninstall any AMD GPU drivers using DDU before you proceed.

Make sure you're on the latest BIOS for your motherboard. Then try a repair install(to rule out a corrupt OS) and then uninstall/reinstall your Nvidia drivers. See if that helps.
