How do I tell what hard disk a partition is on?

Okay, I put together this PC like 3 years ago and don't remember what my train of thought was with the hard disks.

I have 5 physical hard drives and 9 partitions between them all.

I know I have C: drive split so Vista is on the faster, outer edge of the disk. Even though I have 8gb of RAM, I also put the page file at the outer edge of a storage drive. I have another drive split between games/storage and another drive dedicated to photo/video editing.

None of that matter though, I need to figure out which partitions are on which drives because I've recently purchased a 2tb storage drive and I'm getting rid of several smaller drives (160gb and 320gb).

I've clicked through "system" in the Control Panel but it just give me the name/model of the drives, not which partitions are on them.

Thanks for any info.

Solution
GO to Start button on the right column select Computer - right click on one of the drives (ie. C:\ etc.) and select Properties - go to the Hardware Tab - from the list choose a HDD in the list to highlight - click on Properties - go to the Volumes tab and click on Populate (this will show you what partitions are on that HDD --- Repeat for the other HDDs !) ---- there are other methods of getting to the same page (ie. Device manager - disk drives - Properties - volumes - Populate - etc. ) but this was the easiest method I could think of to describe !

Awesome! Worked great, thanks for the info JDFan. You saved me who knows how much time googling as I had already did a quick search before I even posted this question.
